Do you sell physical products?
No, we only sell digital products. There is no shipment policy as we do not have physical items.
What is your return policy for digital products?
All sales are final for digital products. We only give refunds in two situations: if the product has already been used and if the product is not as described.
Can I return a digital product?
Digital products cannot be returned. Refunds are only given if the product is defective or not as described.
How do I get a refund if my digital product is defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 5 hour of purchase if you receive a defective or incorrect product. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
No, orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed and the product is delivered.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 days of approval and will appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
